PUSH & PULL
Context: our context is opening the door, our users are all the people opening that door. Interface: our interface are the push and pull signs that help people use the doors in the correct way
We want the users to push and pull on the door to open it.
We achieve that by putting signs on the door next to the handle that say ‘push & pull’ Taja Regent Veras & Amber Ooms
